Today, the C&N team took part in Working at Height training, reinforcing our commitment to safety and continuous professional development.
It’s easy to question the need for refresher training, especially when it’s something we’ve done many times before.
But we believe there’s always value in revisiting the fundamentals, identifying and ironing out bad habits, and keeping up to date with the latest regulations and best practices.
Experience is important, but there’s always room to learn and improve.
