C&N Electrical Services Ltd takes the training and development of its employees very seriously and is proud to be above an industry standard. C&N Electrical Services Ltd follow the IET wiring regulations and CDM regulations for assessments, offering CPD courses for intermediate changes in regulations and training with assessments for changes in editions. This is also inclusive of “on-site” training where equipment to be installed is to installed by the manufactures instructions which all operatives are trained to be aware of and are in the knowledge of its importance for both the operations and warranty of the equipment.

C&N Electrical Services Ltd keep all employees to and above the industry standard which includes qualifications in the use of equipment that is included with our training programme and records. C&N Electrical Services Ltd training programme, for Quality Training includes the employees name, qualification, date achieved and renewal date. The programme also includes future training courses that C&N Electrical Services Ltd and the employee feel that the operative in mention would improve with.
